SPECIAL RATES FOR NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS AND EASTER HOLIDAYS
WINTER: discounts from 10 % till 20% for long stays.
SUMMER: 10 % discount for stays of 4 weeks and 5% for stays of 3 weeks.
An upgrade to a better room is possible, at your arrival, according to availability.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Price includes: complete apartment furnishing; bath-, bed- and kitchen linen; two changes per week for bath- and kitchen linen and once a week for bed linen; electricity; gas; water; heating; air conditioning; lift; LCD TV; safe; VAT; welcome kit with cleaning products; children crib (only within the maximum capacity allowed for the flat); high chair and little bath for babies (to be reserved at the moment of booking); use of iron and ironing-board; free WI-FI.
- Price doesn’t include: any other service not above indicated; tourist tax
- On payment services, on request: laundry; garage or parking in the nearby; partner beach with special prices.
- Every specific request or need must be pointed out at the time of booking or at least the day before your arrival, to be examined and, if possible, satisfied. Requests made upon arrival will not be taken into account.
- In the apartment can’t stay more persons besides those foreseen from the belonging category .
- Small pets are admitted only by prior arrangement at the moment of reservation for an additional charge of € 60,00 per stay.
- Your reservation will be confirmed on payment of the required deposit of 30% of the total price. Cancellations made less then 21 days before your arrival shall not be entitled to any refund for any reason. Before 21 days, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- Guests are obliged to take care of the apartment, to give it back clean and tidy and to refund the expenses for any damage caused. As a guarantee, on the arrival they will pay a deposit of € 150,00 in cash. It will be returned at the departure, after a due control. In case of damages and/or defects, the equivalent amount will be deducted and only the difference will be returned.
- Full payment must be made on the arrival, at the key’s delivery.
- Early departures or deferred arrivals in comparison to the pre-arranged stay don’t give right to any reimboursement.
