WINTER STAYS, up to 30/05/26: discounts proportional to the length of stay, up to 20%.
SUMMER STAYS: 5% discount for 3 weeks; 10% discount for 4 weeks.
Management reserves the right to offer a free apartment upgrade on the day of arrival, subject to availability.
GENERAL TERMS
Prices include: full apartment equipment; bathroom, bed and kitchen linen with change twice weekly for bathroom and kitchen, and weekly for bed linen; use of ironing board and iron; electricity; water; heating; air conditioning; lift; LCD TV; safe; welcome kit with cleaning products; 10% VAT; travel cot with linen (within the apartment’s maximum permitted occupancy); high chair and baby bathtub (to be requested at the time of booking); Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property.
Not included: any service not expressly listed among those included; tourist tax.
Services available on request, for a fee: laundry; parking spaces and garages nearby; partner beach.
Any special requirements, for your and our peace of mind, must be communicated when booking and, in any case, no later than the day before arrival, so that feasibility can be assessed.
Apartments may not host a number of persons greater than that allowed by their category.
Small pets, up to 6/8 kg, are admitted only by prior agreement at the time of booking, with a supplement of € 60,00 per stay.
The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit equal to 30% of the total stay.
Cancellations made less than 21 days before the arrival date do not entitle you to any refund, for any reason. Earlier than this, the deposit will be returned in full.
Guests undertake to treat the apartment with care, to return it in the condition in which it was delivered, and to reimburse the cost of any damages. As a guarantee, a cash security deposit of € 150,00 is due on arrival. The deposit will be returned after our inspection. In the event of damages and/or missing items, the equivalent amount will be withheld and only the difference will be returned.
The balance must be paid on arrival, upon delivery of the keys.
Early departures or late arrivals relative to the booked stay do not entitle you to refunds.
