CUSTOM RATES FOR EASTER.
For long periods of stay in winter discounts up to 15% in proportion to stay.
Type A: One roomed for 2 persons
Type B: One roomed for 3 persons
Type C: One roomed or Two roomed for 3 persons + baby
Type C: One roomed for 4 persons
Type D: Two roomed for 5 persons
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The price includes: Complete apartment furnishing; bath-, bed- and kitchen linen; with two changes per week for bath- and kitchen linen and once a week for bed linen; electricity; gas; water; heating; air conditioning; lift; LCD TV; safe; taxes; welcome kit with cleaning products; children crib (only within the maximum capacity allowed for the flat); high chair and little bath for children, till 2 years old (to communicate at the moment of reservation); Use of iron and ironing-board. Wireless internet connection in every apartment.
- The price doesn't include: any other service not above indicated.
- On payment services,on request: Laundry; Garage; Parking (in the nearby) ; Partner beach with special prices.
- In the apartment can't stay more persons besides those foreseen from the belonging category (children included)
- The reservation will be confirmed on payment of the required deposit.
- The Guests are obliged to take care of the apartment, to give it back clean and tidy and to refund the expenses for any damage caused.
- On the arrival they must also pay a deposit of 100,00 € in cash ; it will be returned after the due control.
- In case of damages and/or defects, the equivalent amount will be deducted and only the difference will be returned.
- Full payment must be made on the arrival, at the key's delivery.
- Early departures or deferred arrivals in comparison to the pre-arranged stay don’t give right to any reimboursement.
- ARRIVAL: Saturday from 16,00 p.m. to 19,00 p.m.
- DEPARTURE: Saturday within 09,00 a.m.
